Runner up for Idaho Book of the Year

In 2007, author Spence Campbell was runner up for Idaho Book of the Year with his true-life story "Lewis & Clark and Me". The book chronicles his historic 557-mile long distance swim down the Clearwater, Snake and Columbia rivers to the Pacific Ocean, as well as his later adventures as a professional deep-sea diver.

The Idaho LIbrary Association states that "The award is intended to encourage the writing and publishing of books about Idaho, and to encourage excellence in writing and high standards of accuracy and readability in those books."

Spence Campbell writes, "I have had so many great comments on the quality of the book and the great cover...I'm sure part of this award goes to Gorham Printing". Gorham Printing is happy to be part of this author's success.
