The minimum page count for perfect binding is 64 pages.
The maximum page count for perfect binding is 496 pages.

Note: For offset books, page count should be divisible by 16. (For example, if you request a quote for a 161 page book it will be priced at 176 pages.) For digital books, the page count should be divisible by 2.

Template Text Design Price:$100 for the first 64 pages and 90 cents per page thereafter. Template book sizes 5.25x8.25, 5.5x8.5 and 6x9 only. Template text comes in a standard typeface, with standard text formatting, see Template Books.

Custom Text Design by Gorham Printing, 5.25x8.75, 5.5x8.5, 6x9

Custom Text Design Price:$2.25 per page. Smaller book sizes 5.25x8.25, 5.5x8.5 and 6x9 only. Provides a wider range of typestyles and formatting complexity than Template Text Design. Allows for up to 10 footnotes per 100 pages. Indexing not included. Very complex formatting may result in additional charges, see Custom Text.
