I have worked with Gorham Printing for more than five years on two major projects and I'm planning to expand with four or five more this year alone. Only thing that I see could be done to improve this company, is a shorter turn around time. But the time it takes is definitely not a deal breaker.

Here is the main way I judge a website: when using it: I say to myself, oh, if they would alter this or add that, that would be great. What happens? When next I use their site, they have made the adjustment I wanted. That means they are paying attention and are committed to making navigation of the site transparent. The site is easy to use, going forward or going backwards. The options, say for trim, or for payment, are clearly presented. I have used Gorham Printing now for over a decade and I am extremely pleased.

Today I had another example of why I love Gorham Printing. On a 8.5" square picture book that I'd approved the proofs for the interior and cover, On this latest job I received two calls... In both cases I'd overlooked the obvious... and they wanted to make sure those two things were correct. Lots of printers would have verified they had approved proofs and printed the books. Not Gorham. I'll continue to work with them, doing the best I can, and know that they'll take care of me.
